Terms of Service

Notodoanimacion Studio is an AI-powered tool that helps users extract job listing information from URLs and text, format the content, and publish it to WordPress websites. The Service includes:

  • Telegram bot integration
  • User account management

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

The Service offers different subscription plans with varying features and limits. Pricing and plan details are available on our website and are subject to change with notice.

Billing

For paid plans, you will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are responsible for providing valid payment information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

Credits

Each plan includes a certain number of post credits per month. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Publish false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
  • Scrape or harvest content you do not have rights to use
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or input through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, reproduce, and publish any content you process through the Service. This includes job listings scraped from third-party websites.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by notodoanimacion and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

  • AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini)
  • Payment Processing: Stripe
  • WordPress: Your connected WordPress sites
  • Telegram: For bot integration

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOTODOANIMACION, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless notodoanimacion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

11. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
