1. Service Provider

Notodoanimacion Studio is operated by:

Notodoanimacion Studio is part of the services offered through Notodoanimacion.es.

2. Description of the Service

Notodoanimacion Studio is an online tool designed to help companies, studios, recruiters and other users prepare and publish job listings on Notodoanimacion.es.

The Service may include:

• extraction of job information from URLs or text;
• AI-assisted formatting and rewriting;
• editing and review tools;
• duplicate detection;
• publication of job listings on Notodoanimacion.es;
• credit management;
• Stripe payment and invoicing;
• Telegram integration and other publishing tools.

AI-generated or extracted content may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing all information before publication.

3. Account Registration

Some features require a registered account.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• keep account credentials secure;
• maintain up-to-date billing information;
• notify us if unauthorized access is detected.

Users are responsible for activity performed through their account.

The Service is intended for users aged 16 or older.

4. Credits and Pricing

Notodoanimacion Studio operates through one-time credit purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Go to current packs.

Unless otherwise stated:

• 1 credit = 1 standard job publication;
• credits do not expire;
• unused credits remain available in the user's account;
• prices displayed on the website are base prices;
• applicable VAT or other taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required.

Pricing may change in the future, but previously purchased credits remain subject to the conditions applicable at the time of purchase.

5. Payments and Invoicing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

During checkout, users may be asked to provide:

• name or company name;
• billing address;
• country;
• tax identification number / VAT ID where applicable.

Stripe may calculate applicable taxes automatically based on the customer's location and tax status.

After payment:

• credits are added to the user's Studio account;
• an invoice may be generated automatically;
• the invoice may be sent by email;
• invoices may also be available from the Billing section.

6. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

Unused credits may be eligible for refund where required by applicable law or where otherwise approved by Notodoanimacion.

Credits that have already been consumed to publish a job are generally non-refundable, except where the publication failed due to an error attributable to Notodoanimacion Studio.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal, that right will apply in accordance with applicable law. If the user expressly requests immediate performance of the Service and credits are consumed during the withdrawal period, the legal consequences applicable to services or digital content may apply.

7. Job Content and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to submit, process and publish the content they provide to Studio.

Users must not use the Service to:

• publish false or misleading job listings;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• submit unlawful or fraudulent content;
• publish discriminatory or illegal employment offers;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• attempt unauthorized access to Studio or connected systems;
• abuse or interfere with the Service.

Notodoanimacion reserves the right to reject, suspend or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. AI Processing

Studio uses artificial intelligence and automated extraction systems to assist with job preparation.

AI may:

• identify job details;
• rewrite or translate content;
• suggest categories;
• structure job descriptions;
• detect company, location or other metadata.

These systems are not guaranteed to be error-free.

The user must review the final job listing before publication and remains responsible for its accuracy.

9. Job Publication

Job listings are published on Notodoanimacion.es.

Publication is subject to:

• technical availability;
• content compliance;
• successful processing;
• sufficient credits.

A successful standard publication normally consumes 1 credit.

If a publication fails technically before completion, Studio may automatically restore or refund the corresponding credit.

Published jobs may have an expiration period defined by Notodoanimacion.

10. Third-Party Services

Studio relies on third-party providers that may include:

• Stripe;
• Supabase;
• Vercel;
• OpenAI;
• Google AI;
• Anthropic;
• Firecrawl;
• Telegram;
• WordPress.

Use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Notodoanimacion is not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they submit.

By using Studio, users grant Notodoanimacion a limited license to process, store, adapt and publish that content solely as necessary to provide the Service.

The Studio platform, software, design, branding and proprietary functionality belong to Notodoanimacion or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the Service without authorization.

12. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Studio available and operational, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

We may:

• update features;
• improve or modify workflows;
• temporarily suspend parts of the Service;
• correct technical problems;
• introduce new functionality.

Material changes affecting users will be communicated where reasonably necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notodoanimacion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

This includes losses caused by:

• inaccurate AI-generated content;
• third-party service outages;
• incorrect information provided by users;
• unauthorized use of user accounts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Notodoanimacion may suspend or terminate access where a user:

• breaches these Terms;
• uses the Service unlawfully;
• abuses the platform;
• attempts unauthorized access;
• creates fraudulent or misleading content.

Where appropriate, users will be given reasonable notice.

15. Privacy and Cookies

Use of Studio is also subject to the policies of Notodoanimacion:

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Where legally permitted, disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.

Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
